Do beef heifers previously classified as high or low methane emitters respond the same to a canola oil methane mitigation strategy?

Dr. Mark Ferguson will be on Campus in meetings facilitated by Ontario Sheep Farmers (OSF) in advance of their AGM on the 25th and Industry Convention on the 26th in Cambridge.  Between meetings on Campus and the research stations, he will be making himself available to the U of G community for this seminar. Good morning CGIL,   This week we are happy to have Dr. Pablo Fonseca a post-doctoral fellow at Universidad de Leon presenting for us on Friday, October 4th, 2024. The seminar will begin at 1:30 PM EDT/EST on the virtual platform Microsoft Teams. The presentation title is: “Investigating the Genetic Basis of Feed Efficiency, Sustainability, and Resilience on Spanish Dairy Sheep through Omics Integration”.
